Abstract	当前，科技已经成为了促进国家经济发展、解决社会复杂问题的主要动力和重要战略支撑。伴随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓬勃兴起，科学技术不断创新突破，学科交叉融合更加显著，科学结构不断发生变化，学科差异化日渐明显。本文对学科的内涵进行了探讨，从学科知识与社会建制两个层面的实践案例对学科差异化特征进行了研究，通过分析我国现有的学科相关的科技政策，提出了基于学科差异化的科研活动管理建议。
